Terms & Conditions: Your Guide to Boat Rental with Bota4all

Renters must be at least 18 years old.
A valid speedboat operator’s license is required for rentals without a captain.
Renters must present government-issued identification at the time of rental.
For boats that do not require a license, a passport, ID card, or driver’s license is sufficient.

Each rental requires a signed agreement detailing the terms of the rental, liability waivers, and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The rental agreement includes details such as rental duration, the number of passengers, and specific boat information.

All fuel must be paid in cash at the end of the trip. It is not possible to pay for fuel with a card, as it is not legal to issue a receipt for fuel through our POS system.
If you prefer, you can call a gas station that will send a tanker to refuel the boat, or you can procure the fuel yourself and bring it to the boat.

Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
To reserve a boat through our app or website, a 30% deposit is necessary. Without this deposit, the booking is invalid.
Each rental requires a security deposit, ranging from €700 to €1500, depending on the boat model and rental duration. This deposit covers any damages or unreturned equipment.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled rental.
Cancellations made between 7 to 3 days before the rental date incur a 50% charge of the total rental cost.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental date are non-refundable.
If weather conditions reach 5 Beaufort or more, the rental can be canceled or rescheduled.

Renters must follow all safety guidelines provided during the pre-departure briefing.
Alcohol consumption and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all rental vessels.
Renters must operate the boat within the limits of Greek maritime law and local regulations.

Each boat includes insurance against damage and liability to third parties under Greek legislation.
Renters are liable for any damage or loss caused by negligence or violation of these terms and conditions.

All boats undergo inspection and are equipped with necessary safety equipment, including life jackets, flares, and fire extinguishers.
Renters must check and agree to the condition of the boat and equipment at the time of rental.

Port authorities may cancel or modify boat rentals based on weather conditions.
Renters must follow guidelines regarding environmental protection and avoid sensitive marine areas.

All boats include the appropriate licenses as required by the General Port Regulation No. 38.
Renters must comply with all local, national, and international maritime laws.

If renters of small boats without a license or RIB boats do not follow our designated routes for their safety and run out of fuel, they will be responsible for any costs incurred from the Coast Guard and our company retrieving the boat.
Our company reserves the right to retrieve the boat if necessary to ensure the safety of both the renters and the boat. The renter will lose the rental fee and be liable for any damages caused.
The beach is not a game; we must respect it and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved in accordance with Greek law and in the courts of Greece.
